Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to exchange it or request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened; in the original packaging, and in the same condition that it was when you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at victorianporch@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees
Any return shipping costs that are incurred are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In order for a credit to be issued, the products must arrive at our location without any damages.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require photos of both the damaged product and packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount as shipping costs are non refundable. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember refunds are not always automatic. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
